Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY.      Line Work Bucket Products, L.L.C. warrants that its products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  The products are not warranted as suitable for any purpose or use other than the purpose for which it is intended (either as described on the product packaging or as is obvious from the product itself).  This limited warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the purchase of the product and is non-transferable. Line Work Bucket Products, L.L.C. will repair or replace any product which proves defective when used as intended.  This Limited Warranty shall apply only if the product is used in as intended and in accordance with any instructions provided for its use, and the Line Work Bucket Products, L.L.C. shall not be liable otherwise.  Repair or replacement of any defective product, or, at Line Work Bucket Products, L.L.C.’s option, refund of the purchase price of any defective product shall be your sole remedy under this Limited Warranty, and the Line Work Bucket Products, L.L.C. shall in no event be liable for any damages in the excess of the purchase price of the defective product.  Line Work Bucket Products, L.L.C. has authorized no person to make or give any other warranties or representation, oral or written on its behalf.  THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  IN NO EVENT WILL LINE WORK BUCKET PRODUCTS, L.L.C. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED FROM ANY CAUSE OR ARISING OUT OF ANY LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL LINE WORK BUCKET PRODUCTS, L.L.C. BE LIABLE TO YOU IN AN AGGREGATE AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED BY YOU.
